Born on November 3, 1989 in Toronto, and raised in Rexdale, Ontario, Nav is of Punjabi descent and his parents are Sikhs, originally from the northern state of Punjabi in India. Nav's 3rd studio album, 'Good Intentions', is the world's best-selling album this week, after moving 157,000 equivalent units in its first week, of which 135,000 are from the US, 10,000 from Canada and 3,000 are from the UK.
