'25' sold another 196,000 copies last week, just 3,000 more than Rihanna's 'Anti'. Only four albums were longer at the top during the last 13 years: 'Fallen' by Evanescence and 'Life For Rent' by Dido ruled for 10 weeks each back in 2003! The 'Frozen' soundtrack ruled for 11 weeks in 2013 and Adele's super-seller '21' was 42 weeks at no.1! '25' has sold 16,334,000 units since its release on November 20. Rihanna's new album 'Anti' enters the Global Album Chart at No.2 and is the highest debut of the week. It was released to online music stores for paid purchase on January 29. The sales from the physical retailers, where the Album was released one week later on February 5, will be counted on next week's Top 20. 'Anti' shifted 123,800 digital copies in the USA, 20,100 in United Kingdom, 11,600 in Canada, around 7,000 in Germany and 4,200 in France.
Sia brings this week's second highest debut, 'This Is Acting' arrives shy behind 'Anti' at no.3 globally with sales of 153,000, 67,900 of it in the USA, 27,700 in United Kingdom, 10,900 in France, 9,500 in Canada and around 8,000 in Germany. Sia's former album '1000 Forms Of Fear' from 2014 sold nearly 1,5 million copies to date.
David Bowie's Blackstar is at No.4 after selling 131,000 units this past week.
Charlie Puth's first solo album 'Nine Track Mind' debuted at No.5 after selling 107,000 copies globally.
