At No.2 is French rap duo PNL, brothers Tarik and Nabil Andrieu, from Paris. Their 3rd album 'Dans La Légende' debuts at no.1 in France and Belgium, charting also in Switzerland and Canada, selling 59,000 copies in its first week at retail. Celine Dion's 'Encore Un Soir' by Celine Dion moves up two slots to No.3 In its 4th week on the chart after selling 49,000 copies and a total of 565,000 so far. 'Divine Feminine', the fourth studio album by American rapper Mac Miller, debuts at no.6 with sales of 41,000 sales. 'Hard II Love', the 8th studio album by American R&B star Usher, debuts at no.8 on the global Album chart with 40,000 copies and 'Sinner' by Aaron Lewis lands at no.9.
