Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License" is the World's #1 Song for a 3rd consecutive week, holding atop the United World Chart with another 357,000 points!

Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License" scores a 3rd week atop the United World Chart, earning another 357,000 points this week! Upon its release, the song hit number one on Apple Music, Amazon Music Songs and Spotify, breaking the record for the most single-day streams for a non-holiday song on the platform, with over 17 million global Spotify streams on January 12! The Song also set a new record for most streams on Spotify in a single week with 65 million streams in the week ending January 14, 2021, and became the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 100 Million, 200 Million and 300 Million streams! "Driver's License" marked the highest weekly streaming total in the world for a song by a female artist, with 130,060,000 streams, surpassing Mariah Carey's tally of 130,042,000 for "All I Want for Christmas Is You". "Drivers's License" also broke the record for the most requested song ever in one day on Alexa and the biggest first week streaming debut ever globally on Amazon Music!

"Driver's License" was released on January 8, 2021, via Interscope Records and Geffen Records, as the lead single from Rodrigo's hugely awaited upcoming debut EP. Olivia personally penned the lyrics to the song which are about her own personal heartache after a breakup. Music critics praised the lyrics, vocals and production by Dan Nigro. In the US, the song sold over 16,000 digital downloads in its first 3 days with over 21 million streams and has already been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for sales in excess of 500,000. The song debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 earning 76.1 million US streams, 38,000 digital downloads and 8.1 million airplay impressions in its opening week. "Driver's License" debuted atop the UK Singles Chart on January 15, 2021 with 2.407 million total streams, and on January 12, 2021, it broke the record for highest single-day streams in British history for a non-Christmas song, surpassing the previous record held by Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" (2017)! With 95,000 units moved in its first week, "Drivers License" also had the biggest opening week for a number one debut atop the UK Singles Chart since Zayn Malik's "Pillowtalk" in 2016.
