Four years after their last album 'The King Is Dead', the American indie-folk band The Decemberists return with their seventh album 'What A Terrible World, What A Beautiful World' at no.9 with 70.000 sales.

Third and final new-entry this week comes from Babymetal, a Japanese metal idol group. Their second album 'Live At Budokan: Red Night' debuts at no.3 in Japan with 24.000 sales, according to Oricon, enough for a no.25 debut globally.
