American hip-hop group, A Tribe Called Quest, was formed in 1985. Now,
more than 30 years later, their 6th studio album 'We Got It From
Here...Thank You 4 Your Service' debuts this week at No. 1 on the Global
Album chart with sales of 136,000, 111,900 of it in America!

After Leonard Cohen's death two weeks ago at the age of 82, many of his
songs and albums have returned to the top of the charts internationally.
His latest album 'You Want It Darker' debuted three weeks ago at no.3
with sales of 115,000 and is No. 2 this week with sales of 135,000 and a
total of 355,000 after four weeks at retail.

Close behind at No. 3 with sales of 134,000 is Country Legend Garth
Brooks and his latest 10-disc compilation, exclusively available through
Target at $29,99. It's ineligible to chart on the US-Billboard Album
List, as its price falls below the minimum required price to chart.

The holiday season started and many X-mas albums are back on the charts.
At the moment 'A Pentatonix Christmas' leads all these releases with
63,000 additional sales last week, enough to go to no.9 globally.
Michael Bublé's classic 'Christmas' from 2011 climbs to no.18 this week
with sales of 36,000.

has had a huge debut this week!

'Black Beatles' by American rap duo Rae Sremmurd shoots to no.5 on the
Global Track Chart with the highest debut of the week thanks to the

tthe song 'Black Beatles' playing in the background. That's why this
tune makes an impressive jump on the charts this week, even though it
was originally released in September 2016!

Records. The song was written by Andrew Taggart, Ashley Frangipane,
Shaun Frank, Frederic Kennett, Isaac Slade and Joe King and produced by
the Chainsmokers.

In the United States, "Closer" remains the top-selling, most-streamed

songs ever to lead the Billboard Hot 100 for at least 12 weeks! The
Chainsmokers became the first act to have four songs ("Closer" being the
fourth) that top the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, passing Calvin Harris,
who held the previous record with three. Outside of the United States,
"Closer" topped the charts in more than ten countries including
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom, making
it both The Chainsmokers' and Halsey's first number-one single in all
six countries.

'Starboy' by The Weeknd feat. Daft Punk remains at No. 2 for a fifth
week!

'Let Me Love You' by DJ SNAKE feat. Justin Bieber holds tight at no.3
