BTS's 'Map Of The Soul: Persona' Is The World's Best-selling Album For A 2nd Week And The World's Best-selling Of 2019 So Far!

BTS's 'Map Of The Soul: Persona' tops the Global Album Chart for a 2nd week after selling another 518,000 units and a total of 3,03 million in just two weeks! The Album is the best-selling of the year so far, followed by Ariana Grande's 'Thank U, Next’ which has sold 1,98 million so far! 'Map Of The Soul: Persona' debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 in America and is #3 this week. It has also topped the charts in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Scotland, South Korea and the UK. 'Map Of The Soul: Persona' is BTS's 3rd #1 Album on the Global Chart in less than 12 months following 'Love Yourself 轉 Tear' and 'Love Yourself 轉 Answer' in 2018!

Nogizaka 46 debuts at #2 with their 4th studio album 'Imi Ga Omoide Ni Narumade' and is this week's highest debut with 1st week sales of 454,000 according to Oricon. Its the Group’s best-selling Album so far!

Billie Eilish's 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go' dips 2 - 3 after selling another 176.000 equivalent units and a total of 1.123.000 so far!

New entry at #4 for The Yellow Monkey's '9999' with sales of 95.000 in its 1st week while Khalid's 'Free Spirit' dips 3 - 5 after selling another 90.000 and a total of 483.000 so far, and Ariana Grande's 'thank u, next' dips 4 - 6 after selling another 80.000 and 1.981.000 units so far.

Beyoncé rises 11 - 7 with 'Homecoming: The Live Album' after selling another 78.000 and a total of 124.000 in just 9 days!

Super Junior D & E's new Album 'Danger' debuts at #8 with 1st week sales of 77.000, while Lady Gaga's 'A Star Is Born' Soundtrack with Bradley Cooper dips 7 - 9 after selling another 68.000 and 4.1 Million units so far!

Closing this week's Global Top 10 Albums Chart at #10 is Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody' Soundtrack after selling another 67.000 and 2.931.000 so far!

Lil Nas X's smash hit "Old Town Road" has topped the Global Track chart for a 2nd week, newly remixed with additional vocals by country legend Billy Ray Cyrus! The original version of the country-rap Song is the shortest #1 on the global hitlist, being just 1:53 minutes long! The Song has reached #1 in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, the UK and the US where it scored the highest 2 streaming weeks in US history breaking Drake's previous record!

BTS's brand new Song "Boy With Luv" ft Halsey debuts at #2 on the Global Track Chart, the Band's highest position ever on the chart after topping every hitlist in their native country Korea and scoring their highest position ever on the Hot 100 in America landing at #8! American Rapper Lil Nas X tops the Global Track Chart with his smash hit "Old Town Road"!

Lil Nas X shoots from 16 to #1 on the Global Track Chart this week with his smash hit "Old Town Road" ft Billy Ray Cyrus! it's one of the shortest #1s on the Global Track Chart ever at just 1:53 minutes long. The Song was initially released independently on December 3, 2018, and went viral on the social video sharing app TikTok. Lil Nas X was signed to Columbia Records, and a Remix of the song featuring Billy Ray Cyrus was released on April 5, 2019! The original version of the song including the Billy Ray Cyrus Remix went to #1 this week on the Billboard Hot 100! "Old Town Road" has also topped the charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, the Netherlands, and the UK!

The Album debuted at #1 in America this week and has sold 202,000 units, another 26,000 in Canada and 12,000 in the UK! Khalid's 1st studio Album 'American Teen', released in 2017 has sold 2,99 millions to date!

Billie Eilish's amazing debut Album 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?' dips 1 - 2 after selling another 235,000 units and a total of 749,000 in just two weeks!

South Korean / Japanese girl group Iz*One debuts at #3 with their 2nd EP 'Heart*Iz' and sales of 154,000 sales!
